Proudly born in Bristol and a staunch City supporter, moving to East Grinstead in 1963 where he was a Town Councillor, becoming Mayor in 1974/75, a Mid Sussex District Councillor, a Charter Member of the East Grinstead Lions Club and a Town Twinning Association member. With a lifelong interest in all things shipping. A move to Winchester followed in 1983 and latterly a move to Alton where he made many new friends. A lovely gentleman who had a full life well lived. A Remembrance Service will be held on Friday 1st November 2024 at St Nicholas’s Church, Chawton GU34 1SJ at 2pm. Donations to RNLI c/o philiphoskins.muchloved.com if desired
